Sam made the entire process easy and low-pressure, answered our questions, and gave us the space to figure out which Crosstrek was right for us. I booked the appointment for a 15K service online. I specified that I wanted that service. When I got there, I specifically asked for the 15K service. I was given a sheet with a ton of useless add ons and was told that they are all part of the 15K service. I come to find out later that they added $1K worth of non-sense to my bill. I am not happy with the service desk at Capitol GMC.

So you drop your car off, and if it's busy down there, they have you leave your key in the vehicle and leave. Recently a very good friend did this at a dealer and it was inside parking, here's comes a crackhead off the street, jumps in their car and drives away, all caught on video, the dealer was oblivious as is Capitol GMC on this matter, ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. and if it happens at Capitol GMC I'll sue the living hell out of the dealer. I purchased a 2027 Corvette ZR1 from Capitol. I live in Scottsdale so it was a complex transaction. It had to be shipped to me. I worked with Armando Arteaga (salesman) and Bart DiCairano (Financial manager). Both were extremely professional, good communicators through the process, responsive and patient through all my questions. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them give their integrity and diligence.

Amazing service when buying a new vehicle, Court was a great sale manager and went through everything to make the process smooth as possible. Finance was easy and I was in and out very quickly. Traded in my old truck for an upgrade, they took pictures and did all the checks and provided me with a fair price. The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

Overall the dealerhip is good. Only issue I have is that someone named Johnny Epperson emailed me relative to how satisfied I was with the service. I mentioned an issue to Epperson, asked a question, but never received a response. Not sure why he asked if he wasn't interested in my response.

Poor communication from service department. Brought my car in on a Friday for service. Received no communication on status all day. Had to call them to find out they couldn’t get to my car that they and had to keep it over the weekend, which was not communicated as a possibility to me when I dropped off. Left car there over the weekend. Did not get an update on Monday. Had to call again to get an update. Found out there was nothing wrong with my car they could find. Still got charge for the inspection.
Great experience - Scheduled test drive for Yukon Denali, but team was also able to get an Escalade as well - which was traded in few mins before visit. Priscilla did everything possible to show us all options. Especially showed various trims, colors - appreciate all her efforts. Coordinated by Text, seamless scheduling, Initial Quote - I got was pretty much same as online. I was just exploring different brands. Car: YUKON is awesome , Spacious - no need to crawl for 3rd row like every other manufacturer. Get the denali trim.

Ugh! Drove 80 miles to buy a used truck. Before I left home I asked about any damage or problems not visible on their video and was assured it was great. When I got there I got mumbo jumbo about lack of service records from manager. When I got in the truck it was plain that it had been driven by a smoker. Yuck. I learned a lesson- if you don't ask the specific question they could end up wasting your time. No thanks!

Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so. Solid and clear communication and was never pushy in providing answers to my varied questions. I highly recommend Capitol Ford, and suggest you speak with Robert when visiting the dealership.
