Worked with Chris, he was great. Very positive interaction and good communication. Tyler the deal guy went in on a single windshield chip, that had been repaired, on my trade. Turned around and sold me a car with a windshield that has about 15 chips in it. It's really too many to count. These were hard to notice since the windshield was dirty. I understand the motivation but feel a little taken. I think the deal should have reflected this damage, probably worth $750.

The dealership is very well organized. I take my vehicle there all the time for service. The service representative that took care of me was very professional and got me in and out of there very quickly.

No car wash and they charged 3% to use credit card. I dont like to be nickel and dimed.

The scheduling process was easy. Unfortunately, what happened after dropping my vehicle off for a warranty concern was not. My appointment was for 8am on a Friday. My vehicle was not looked at until close to 3pm. My issue was confirmed that day, but it needed further inspection to determine the cause. A rental car was offered upon my request, however transitioning from a full size SUV to a compact crossover with three teenagers to haul around was not easy. And in the end, that was my biggest worry going into buying a car for the first time in 15 yrs. I worked with Alexis at Capitol Kia yesterday to lease my new Kia. The process was zero stress, zero pressure and I highly recommend working with their whole group of folks that made the day a bright spot. Comparing the service and respect received at this Kia dealership to the other local dealership was hands down superior. I don’t know why anyone would work with the other group. I ordered tires through the part department. I was expecting the same Goodyear Wrangler 10 ply Kevlar tire that I had installed at the dealer last year. The tires were the 4 ply Kevlar tires; not getting the 10 ply tires was slightly disappointing. This was partially my fault for not asking for details about the tires when requesting the tires. I had assumed that Capital GMC would have access to records for the tires that they ordered last year, and would have ordered the same tires again.
