Went to drop off my car at 9 AM on a Tuesday for an oil change and to fix a service alert. Took 30 mins from arriving on time for the scheduled appointment before meeting with a service advisor. At 4 PM I had not heard anything, and the web link still showed it had not been touched. Messaged the service advisor for a status update. Worked with Chris, he was great. Very positive interaction and good communication. Tyler the deal guy went in on a single windshield chip, that had been repaired, on my trade. Turned around and sold me a car with a windshield that has about 15 chips in it. It's really too many to count. These were hard to notice since the windshield was dirty. I understand the motivation but feel a little taken. I think the deal should have reflected this damage, probably worth $750.

The scheduling process was easy. Unfortunately, what happened after dropping my vehicle off for a warranty concern was not. My appointment was for 8am on a Friday. My vehicle was not looked at until close to 3pm. My issue was confirmed that day, but it needed further inspection to determine the cause. A rental car was offered upon my request, however transitioning from a full size SUV to a compact crossover with three teenagers to haul around was not easy. Through the Costco Auto program, I was able to get an affordable starting price on my new car. Aaron was my auto dealer and he was tremendous. He was professional, answered all my questions, didn’t try to “up sale” me at all. The price he gave me over the phone was the same price on all my paperwork. And in the end, that was my biggest worry going into buying a car for the first time in 15 yrs. Service was completed at the end of March 2026. I ordered tires through the part department. I was expecting the same Goodyear Wrangler 10 ply Kevlar tire that I had installed at the dealer last year. The tires were the 4 ply Kevlar tires; not getting the 10 ply tires was slightly disappointing. This was partially my fault for not asking for details about the tires when requesting the tires.
